After 3 weeks of Yogust, if I haven’t done my minimum of 5 sun salutations by the end of the day, it feels weird, off, and frankly gross. Doing yoga every day is as natural as brushing my teeth, which I guess is the goal of these 30 day challenges. Doing yoga every day necessitates having a home practice. Here are a few things I do to make a home practice work for me.
I’ve been doing month-long challenges for years and have found them to be a great way to try on new habits or try to get rid of old ones. Here I share some of what I’ve learned about setting and accomplishing 30 day challenges, and how I’m doing with this month’s challenge – doing yoga every day.
